Salted sweets are one of the current rages in the culinary world. Udi’s Gluten Free is not going to be left behind. They have a Salted Caramel Cashew soft-baked cookie. It is a great combination of sweet with a hint of salt. This cookie was found at Outpost Natural Foods.

Who We Are

My mother and I, (Lady G and Kate) do not lead gluten free lives. Neither one of us has a gluten intolerance, but we come across more and more people who do. Our interest in finding gluten free options began when my brother started dating a woman who does have a gluten intolerance. We sought out to find different stores and restaurants in Milwaukee that offered items my brother’s girlfriend could eat. As we did this, we found ourselves frequently recommending our findings to other people. We did this so often, we decided to create a blog letting everyone know how they can live gluten free in Milwaukee.
