Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza

As we have said before in our blog, people who learn they are gluten intolerant have three food groups that concern them most: Pizza, Pasta, and Pop Tarts. This time we are writing about the Pizza food group.

Udi’s has a great tasting gluten free pizza. It comes in the following flavor combinations: Three Cheese, Margherita, Pepperoni, and Spinach & Feta. We tried the Spinach & Feta, which was delicious. While we shared the pizza, the size is more suitable for an individual. The pizza’s can be found at Outpost Natural Foods and Woodman’s.

Who We Are

My mother and I, (Lady G and Kate) do not lead gluten free lives. Neither one of us has a gluten intolerance, but we come across more and more people who do. Our interest in finding gluten free options began when my brother started dating a woman who does have a gluten intolerance. We sought out to find different stores and restaurants in Milwaukee that offered items my brother’s girlfriend could eat. As we did this, we found ourselves frequently recommending our findings to other people. We did this so often, we decided to create a blog letting everyone know how they can live gluten free in Milwaukee.
